SHIPPING & RETURNS

Hello! All of our items are one of a kind - The pieces you receive will vary slightly from the online photo, and there may be minor imperfections by nature, as each item is made by hand. We inspect all items before they are carefully packed and shipped out to make sure that you receive only the best!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
Items will ship within 2-5 business days of order placement. (This does not account for the time the package is in transit.) USPS First Class, FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground typically take 2-5 business days to arrive. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number once your order is on its way.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer shipping worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that all international orders are final sale and may be subject to taxes/duties upon arrival in your country. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year, and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
We will issue you a refund only if your item was damaged in transit. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. Please email us a photo of your damaged item(s) withing 7 days of arrival to start the return process. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the case of a damaged item, we offer the options where you can either return the item and receive a full refund, or return the item and receive a new one, if available. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Items sent back to us without first emailing us and requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.

Please remember that it may take a few days for your bank account to process and post the refund.
